The Anxiety Programme
Your anxiety has a routine by now. The 3am audit. The rehearsing of conversations that never happen. The bracing before every email. You've read the books and downloaded the apps, and you're still doing all of it, because knowing about anxiety is not the same as changing it.

Where this work takes you
Six sessions from now you'll know how your anxiety actually works: what sets it off, what keeps it fed, and what to do in the moment it spikes. Not a personality transplant, a working relationship with your own nervous system. Most people finish with the volume turned down and a plan they trust.
This is a good fit if
- You want structure: a clear focus, a set number of sessions and progress you can see
- You've tried the apps and the books and need a human who can tailor the work to your actual life
- You'd rather start with something bounded before deciding whether longer-term therapy is for you
It's not the right fit if
- If several things are tangled together, low mood, loss, a life mid-unravelling, open-ended individual therapy will serve you better, and I'll say so on the call
- If you're in crisis right now, please use the urgent support routes on this page instead
How it unfolds
-
Sessions 1 and 2
We map your anxiety precisely: where it lives in your body, what triggers it, what it's trying to do for you. Most people find this fortnight unexpectedly hopeful, because a mapped problem stops feeling like fog.
-
Sessions 3 to 5
The change work. We test new responses in real situations between sessions, review honestly what worked, and adjust. Practical, personal, and paced to your actual week.
-
Session 6
We consolidate: what you now know, what you'll do when it flares, and what support looks like from here. You leave with a plan in your own words, not a printout.
Every session includes
- A free 20-minute discovery call first, to check the programme fits
- Six 50-minute sessions across eight weeks, online or in Ancoats
- Between-session practices tailored to your life, not a generic worksheet pack
- Pay in full, £400, or in two parts of £200

The 3am audits have almost stopped. When they do happen, I know what to do, and that changes everything about the other twenty-three hours.
Start with a free 20-minute call
Twenty minutes on the phone or over video, in English or Spanish. You tell me what's going on, I tell you honestly whether I can help, and you get a feel for how I work before anything is decided. The waitlist is open for autumn: join it and I'll hold you a place, then we'll book your call as soon as a space opens.

Asked before booking
Is this CBT?
It borrows from CBT where CBT earns its keep, and from other approaches where they work better. Integrative means the method fits you, not the other way round.
What if six sessions aren't enough?
Then we'll say so honestly in session six. Some people move into open-ended work, some book a follow-up later, many find the programme was enough. No pressure in any direction.
